We are looking for "Sales Manager” in Istanbul for our local partner which is operating in IoT sector.

Lead and manage big deals directly

Providing leadership, direction, development, and mentoring to the sales team

Assess and set individual sales targets for the sales team

Responsible for the development and execution of go-to-market strategies supported by market segmentation analysis

Monitoring and focus to improve performance and effectiveness of Sales

Researching and Developing growth initiatives and sales execution plans for growth

Cultivate lasting business relationships with customers through consultative sales tactics and effective account management practices

University degree preferably in an analytical discipline, e.g. engineering or business

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales.

Previously team management experience.

Previously actively involved in IoT sector and B2B sales is preferred.

Native or fluent (spoken and written) in English. Second language is a plus.

Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills

Excellent working knowledge of MS Office packages (especially Excel), CRM
