We are looking for a "Sales Team Leader / Head of Sales" who is the leader in online education market in Eastern Europe.

Hire sales managers and accommodate newbies who will perform effectively.

Train and motivate a team to continuously improve sales results.

Draw up a sales plan and communicate it to each member of the team.

Monitor the fulfillment of KPI's and track the speed of applications processing.

Work out and optimize processes in the sales department.

Arrange the working process using CRM-system and IP telephony.

Hold meetings with lecturers and producers in order to learn more about the course and understand what "hurts" the clients.

Draw up working scripts.

Have already managed the team and planning processes, as well as employee motivation and development.

Know how to use the tools of effective sales and negotiations.

Know English at B2 + level.
