We are looking for a 'Senior Loyalty Advisor' for our global client operating in oil&energy industry.

Define, recommend and implement the Loyalty strategy for Turkey based on market, competitors, business strategy Loyalty maturity curve (from Single to Multi partner, Issuance and redemption strategy, Direct marketing) and on the agreed customer value proposition for the company.
Set up and decides on Loyalty based direct marketing programs / contact plan in Turkey
To be accountable for the effectiveness and continued attractiveness of Reward programs :
–Set up and delivers performance management processes / Kpi`s of schemes
–Decide and implement performance improvement plans
–Decide and develop offer enhancement programs (partners, operations, segmentation, contact plans)
–Manages and decides on budget allocation by offer element within agreed Plan.
Manages the on-going relationship with partners and decide on overall marketing plan
Define, decide and implement associated Loyalty marketing plans, coordinating focus areas of in country execution teams (for all Loyalty programs : Communications, promotion, contact plan, segmentation updates, direct marketing actions)
Accountable for successful delivery of direct marketing based on transaction data (data feeds delivery, in year plan by segment, tactics set up through various stakeholders
In coordination with Customer Experience Manager is responsible for engagement of all relevant (internal / external) stakeholder around strategies and yearly activations.
Accountable for delivery data feeds through proper management of all 3Rd party resources and in coordination with local Loyalty Advisor for delivery of all defined marketing actions (On site, Direct Marketing, within the Loyalty scheme)
Is the key local interface for Turkey Loyalty / CRM related issues with Procurement, IT S, and represents company interests in relevant 3rd party Governance bodies as required.
Accountable for successful delivery of 3rd party suppliers
Accountable for customer data Security and privacy


University degree required
Excellent experience in Reward program.
Ideally CRM background within a Retail context
A marketing background of implementation, with accountability for financial performance
An account management / negotiation experience would be a distinctive advantage
Experience in managing 3rd parties / virtual teams
Focus on delivery / Silent Running
Transforming abstract processes in measurable concrete actions
Consequently execute agreed actions
Strong soft skills, esp. self-perception
English fluent (verbal writing)
