We are searching for a Senior People Partner who will be part of our client's People and Culture Team for
the head office.
Reporting to Head of People and Culture, the Senior People Partner should lead all processes
in Employee Life Cycle such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning Development, Performance
Management, Talent Management, Engagement, Labor Law, Admin Reporting processes. Act
as point of contact for Global talent team, support Turkey and TMEA teams accordingly.

Support People leaders in creation execution of the People Strategies Plans that attract, develop and retain employees to support the organizational short and long term business needs to drive competitive advantage 
Work with business leaders to leverage engagement, define team and organizational resource and development needs to design and facilitate delivery of solutions
Execute the talent acquisition process for assigned business accounts and lead orientation and the onboarding process
Act as internal consultant for LinkedIn learning and point of contact for Global talent team
Cascade Global Talent and Learning Agenda in Turkey and TMEA when necessary
Ensure Performance and Talent Management drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development
Executing performance improvement process and work with Legal to issue Labor Law related processes
Coordinate internal communication processes,
Provide consultancy and support to the respective business account managers regarding HR systems, processes and policies, promote the use of the HR tools
Act as an People consultant for employees
Executing daily and periodically HR Admin Reporting activities and supporting projects


Bachelor's degree preferably from HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering and other related departments,
Min. 7 years of experience in Human Resources processes, experience in recruitment, training development, business partnership is a must
Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
Effective communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
Problem solving skills to be able to work in a multi-task environment
Strong analytical thinking skills with excellent process management
Open minded, creative and eager to for self development
Good knowledge of MS Office applications and data management skills
