We are looking for a "Strategic Workforce Planning and Grading Manager" for one of our customers, a leading company in Telecommunication industry

- Implement the strategic workforce planning methodology model that will differ according to the needs of the business units, functions, strategic focus areas, Turkcell Group companies subsidiaries.

- Develop and execute on strategic workforce plans that incorporate business needs and assess talent gaps

- Include different types of workforce (Part Time, Flex Sourcing, Gig Working) into the strategic workforce plan and take the necessary actions to be used effectively in the organization.

- Consult with the business to solve and/or mitigate current and anticipated workforce challenges, proactively identify the critical workforce requirements necessary to execute strategic business plans.

- Lead and facilitate workforce planning initiatives in partnership with OD Account Managers including, but not limited to, critical role/capability identification, environmental scanning, gap analysis, risk analysis, and action planning.

- Apply a strong understanding of external macro-economic and human capital data and trends that may impact future structures and workforce composition.

- Understand the internal and external talent landscape and how they impact the development of strategic workforce plans; provide a comprehensive view via data and analytics considering all relevant factors.

- Become an expert in business functions and serve as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert for OD Account Managers in the development of functional strategic workforce plans.

- Continuously measure and assess progress against existing workforce plans to ensure practical business alignment and exhibit the ability to lead cross-functional projects in the design of alternative approaches.

- Align the strategic workforce model with budget management and model the budget-workforce relationship.

- Manage the workforce budget by planning according to Turkcell strategy, foreceasting short and medium term and fallowing.

- Design chargeback models for workforce management based on product and revenue items throughout the organization.

- Manage and develop Turkcell career architecture and grading system, Align career architecture with strategic workforce model,

- Create common language to describe career pathways, technical skills, job requirements and performance expectations.


- Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field
- Management consultancy experience is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Strong collaboration skills
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in Engineering
