We are looking for a "Team Leader / Aftersales Department" for our global client which is operating in the manufacturing sector.

Management of the product portfolio of the entire Aftersales Department (bundle bend tools, software, spare parts - longlife consumables

trainings, power tools, retrofits),

Perform active customer visits and make product promotion/marketing to the customers (field visits/ by webinars or social media),

Daily monitoring of the KPIs and sales operation performance of the team,

Improve and manage the order and offer processes, ensuring their advancement when needed,

Actively promote the company in the Turkish market together with the team members,

Conduct monthly P&L meetings with Finance Accounting Department,

Active participation in monthly and periodical regional meetings and finance meetings and prepare monthly strategy planning reports to Germany HQ,

Present the activity report to the Sales and Marketing Director on a weekly basis,

Develop a solid strategy with the Service and Operations Manager with digital solutions and present this strategy to customers with HQ approval,

Work/regulate the product pricing policy by considering the economic indicators of the country,

Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements,

Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders,

Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales,

Maintain customer records by using automated systems,

Quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications,

Collaborate with the international colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information,

Provide customers with ongoing technical support,

Meet the targets and those of the team as a whole.

Min. 3 years of experience in team management of a Sales Team is preferred as well as technical experience preferably managing

in a technical field with direct reports,

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Disciplines or Business Administration, Economics and the Faculty of Technical Education,

Outstanding skills in leading and managing a team of specialists,

Excellent organizational and planning skills,

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,

Diligent and firm with high ethical standards,

Ability and willingness to travel,

Target oriented, project and process management,

Excellent relationship building and networking skills,

Excellent written and oral communication in local language and English.
