We are looking for a "Technical Service Sales Coordinator" for our business partner who is operating in marine machinery sector.

Carrying out the sales and marketing activities of the company’s services within the cover of responsibilities assigned to him/her, contributing to the increase of sales, making agreements and reporting the sales activities to the Service Sales Manager.
Carrying out all of the activities of the work flow related to his/her duties in accordance with the Company rules, and with the applicable approval and limit procedures.
Visiting the customers when required, reporting the results and assessments of the visits to the relevant departments and management, and coordinating the meeting of customer demands.
Supporting signing of long-term service and maintenance agreements with customers, and promotion and sales of product renovation (Retrofit/Upgrade) packages within the scope of Diesel Turbo products; initiating and finalizing works for making contracts with the approval and within the knowledge of his/her superiors and/or providing the coordination required for making such contracts with the parent companies abroad.
Continuously following up the innovations and developments related to the MAN Diesel Turbo products by establishing continuous contact with the technical departments of the parent companies.
Investigating new potentials for increasing the sales of existing service and improvement (Retrofit/Upgrade) packages, expanding customer portfolio, following up the tenders in public and private sectors, and ensuring that offers for maintenance/repair/renewal operations are made where appropriate.
Collecting up-to-date data on the market status, competitors and customers related to the MAN Diesel Turbo service applications, and analysing these data and informing the relevant departments.
Receiving demands and requests from the customers made by phone, fax and e-mail or communicated by the sales personnel of the company, and coordinating these requests with the relevant technical departments.
Preparing an offer, having this offer approved by the relevant company procedure and sending it to the customer, following up the offers and reporting the results of these offers to the Service Sales Manager.
If the offer is deemed appropriate by the customer, providing preliminary information to the customer about the coordination of the work, and making the internal planning.
Following up the orders received and ensuring that the obligations of the company regarding these orders are met.
Making all arrangements required according to the nature of the work to be performed with the Technical Service Manager and the responsible engineer, issuing the work order and carrying out the SAP work/procedures actually.
Ensuring confirmation of the order via SAP, ordering spare part required from the Spare Parts Department, ensuring the required coordination of work with the customer, conducting all domestic and international correspondence on the subject.
Ensuring that the written work order is delivered to the technicians and/or engineers who shall be carrying out the work, and coordinating the presence of the relevant team in the work site in a timely manner.
After the completion of the work, ensuring that all documents related to the project are complete, that these documents are uploaded to the SAP system, and that the work is correctly invoiced by making the required calculations for costs and labour.
Submitting the service reports and the information and documents requested by the customers to the customers.
Making efforts to ensure customer satisfaction, transferring all kinds of customer demands and complaints to the relevant departments, and contributing to the solution of existing problems, if any.
Following up customer complaints, non-conformities and warranty issues related with the work that may arise later; working with the relevant technical departments in order to eliminate these issues; keeping the records and reporting of these issues.
Following up the receivables related to their own service subjects in coordination with the Finance Department and/or the parent companies abroad.
Keeping the records of documents and relevant reports for all activities and works included in his/her job description in accordance with ISO requirements, and filing these records.


Understand the basic requirements of the different marine applications,
Very good communication and administrative skills,
Strong networker, engaging, well aware of the local market,
Teamwork ability,
Be fast in response to customer demands,
Solution oriented mind-set regarding sales approach,
Approx. 3 years experience in sales or order management,
International business experience and orientation,
Verbal and written fluency in English and other locally required language(s),
Proficiency in Microsoft-Office package (Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel).
