temporary inside sales representative (6 months)

We are looking for a "Temporary Inside Sales Representative" who can give support for 6 months for our company, which is located in Üsküdar and which is one of the World's leading companies in the manufacturer of medical devices.

Job Descriptions

Taking responsibility of including existing and potential accounts of company
Proactively contact the assigned customers on a regular basis, mainly by phone, to promote selected products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets as agreed with the manager
Using the sales process, available systems and tools to plan, prepare and drive engagement with the customers, get commitment to buy
Recording the progress in the sales process in CRM tool
When appropriate and requested, collaborate remotely with field territory managers, to support the management of existing or potential customers
Managing customer complaints and provide the best support to solve problems following the processes and procedures of the company
Take ownership of the shipment to customers of samples, marketing material and any other information required to progress deals and support the customers
Upon request, participating to internal team projects, sales meetings, training programs and conventions

General Qualifications

Related fields graduation (Biomedical Engineering etc.)
Experiences as Inside Sales, Telesales or Field Sales
Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industries
Strong phone communication and negotiation skills
Good command of MS Office applications, preferably SAP
Good analytical skills and ability to develop and understand sales results and analysis using the standard reporting and tools
Excellent command of English written and spoken,
No restriction for travel (not more than 10 days per year)
Driving licence B
