We are looking for a "Temporary Trade Marketing Assistant" who can give support for 12 months for our company, which is located in Maslak and which is one of the World's leading companies in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.(FMCG)

As a key member of the sales Management Team, Trade Marketing Analyst assists in the achievement of company and channel targets by;

Contribute to incentive plans for trade channels in accordance with development areas, needs and opportunities, developing trade promotions,
Evaluating the effectiveness of promotions by making ROI calculations together with pre and post analysis,
Prepares and publishes internal presentation update reports on incentives and activities periodically to the sales team and management,
Provides regular and ad-hoc analysis management reports from Nielsen market data, Merchandising Audit results and company sell out data,
Provides and publishes reports for all activities and projects related to the company’s RTM Strategy
Working closely with sales, marketing and purchasing teams and suppliers to actively lead the development, production and delivery of in store display units, stands, POSM materials, sales team outfit and etc.
Make field visits at least 2 days a month with supervisors and sales representatives to examine instore execution, observe instore improvement areas and trade promotions effectiveness and monitor trade environment and competitors.
Performs an active role by participating in On trade,MOT and Hotel channel meetings.
Commences the processes of all invoicing and e-flow related with On Trade,MOT and Hotel channel, is responsible for the follow up.


Graduated from reputable universities’ Communication, Business, Economics or Engineering Faculties or final year of university,
0-2 year of experience in Trade marketing and/or Marketing,
Able to work minimum 4 days per week,
Result oriented, entrepreneurial, visionary and self-motivating,
Competent in planning and coordination,
Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers,
Having advanced knowledge of English language,
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills,
Flexibility to working hours and travel,
