We are looking for a "Territory Representative" for our global client operating in medical devices industry.

Generate demand for company's products, to be closed either by company's approved distributors/or direct sales where appropriate.
Identify and target critical end- users and visit dentist and dental laboratories to sell our dental solutions.
Identify and analyze customer segments and business opportunities together with colleagues from other business segments.
Establish a working relationship with critical universities, institutions and end users.
Be the customer’s expert on company focus products.
Coordinate and conduct sales meetings and product training for customers including vendor days with dealers.
Effectively and professionally present to groups of dental care professionals, including dental student and postgraduate education departments.
Develop and maintain good relationships with key personnel including all relevant sales and market personnel.
Comply with all corporate governance requirements and regulatory requirements.
Work with the Clinical Educators in regards KOL meetings/presentations.
Assist in the training and coaching of new sales colleagues.
Maintain and update the CRM. (customer database)
Collaborate on marketing programs by monitoring and providing accurate tracking, reporting and follow up to ensure a consistent and professional marketing campaign.
Be able to articulate business as well as clinical benefits of the products.
Professionally manage and process customer complaints in accordance with company procedures.
Support the local dealer in product specific questions.
Act as key point of contact for dealers and sales consultants in the region.
Collaborate with dealers on proposals and tender offers.
Achievement of Sales Budget in the assigned areas of responsibility.
Complete all relevant paper work relating to all products sold.
To support train customers in terms of product operation together with Product managers and/or clinical trainers.


Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college,
Valid driver’s license is required,
Eligibility to get or holding TCESİS Certificate is mandatory,
Commercial and experience of sales is essential,
Proven success and able to bring techniques and passion for best practice in this field,
Ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment experience,
Excellent product and industry knowledge,
Able to apply Professional Selling Skills principles to all sales dialogue,
Enthusiastic, efficient and highly organized – desire to constantly improve efficiencies and customer focus,
Structured and clear thinker – ability to prioritize a demanding workload through business planning and territory management,
Able to analyze business information such as Price Corrected Dealer Sales Out to refine specific product and activity focus to achieve key performance targets on a monthly/cycle basis,
Ability to meet divisional goals and key performance objectives,
Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with customers and experience in resolving conflict and problem solving,
Capable of working independently.
