Graduating from engineering departments of universities, (preferably Computer, Electronics or Electrical/Electronics Engineering)
Having at least 10 years of experience in one or more of IT Hardware, Software, System, Database, Application and Network Structure,
Preferably having at least one or more of the IT certificates, (Microsoft MTA, Microsoft MCSE, Microsoft MCSA, Microsoft MCP, Cisco CCNA, Cisco CCNP, etc.)
Preferably have ISO 27001, ISO 9001:2015 certificates,
Having budget management experience,
Having help desk operation and management experience,
Having at least 10 years of experience in ITIL, ITSM and project management,
Having a good level of knowledge of English and being able to use it actively in written and oral communication,
Having effective communication skills,
Has team management experience,
Taking an active role in business collaborations with our internal and external business stakeholders,
Strong adaptability to innovations, able to adapt quickly,
Prone to teamwork, strong communication, analytical thinking,
Following digital transformation, Industry 4.0 and new technologies processes, being knowledgeable and curious about new trends.
