Management of the company's general finance and accounting processes, planning, controlling and cost management,

Ensure that accurate and timely analysis and understanding, reporting of the financials, (weekly/monthly basis)
Management of the insurances and risk management, (cash flow, receivables, stock, etc.)
Management of the company's tax planning and management process coordination with tax&financial auditors,
Maintaining and overseeing all accounting procedures and processes,
Preparing the Annual Budget and Investment Plan for the company,
Assessing and managing the cash flow needs of the company,
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement,
Managing the payroll process and legal issues with Global HR,
Ensure internal control and effective accounting system and policies,
Oversee financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivables,
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements,
Responsible for the audits, (IFRS, Local Tax, independent and internal/external audits)
Ensure daily HR tasks. (recruiting, onboarding, managing personal contracts, insurances,medical follow-up, etc...)
