We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor for our global business partner, which operates in the automotive sector.
Report to the Europe Accounting Manager,
Supervise and mentor the local accounting team,
Deliver timely accurate and consistent monthly, quaterly and annual financial statements according to the group policies (US GAAP) and local GAAP,

Manage year-end external audits and quaterly tax audit,
Manage accounts payable and investment process in coordination with the local accounting team,
Ensure AP accruals are calculated and booked in accordance with company policy and procedures on time,
Participate and ensure AR invoicing process are completed on time and accurately,
Ensure customers’ payments are received on time, tracking aging report periodically to improve cash flow,
Assess and determine the customer accruals on monthly basis,
Cash management in coordination with Europe accounting team,
Key user of Concur, (travel expenses)
Contribute to automation projects and system enhancements, (e.g., ERP, reconciliations, new financial tool)
Collaborate with controlling team to support business decision-making.
