Shared Services Oversight.
Manage the APAC shared services finance team across AP, AR, Payroll, and General Ledger functions.

Ensure processes operate efficiently, consistently, and in compliance with internal policies and external requirements.
Oversee end-to-end transactional cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of execution.
Transactional Process Management.
Review and approve key transactions and reconciliations, including month-end close activities.
Oversee vendor invoice processing, customer invoicing, payroll entries, and related general ledger postings across all entities.
Maintain robust documentation and audit trails for all processes.
Payment Cycle Intercompany Accounting.
Review and authorize payment runs, ensuring proper segregation of duties and controls.
Supervise intercompany accounting and settlements for the region, partnering with the Regional intercompany Accountant.
Ensure all intercompany charges are correctly recorded, reconciled, and settled in a timely manner.
Accounts Receivable Collections.
Oversee regional accounts receivable and collections processes.
Monitor dunning procedures and prepare consolidated AR/dunning reports for divisional management.
Manage interest on overdue receivables and ensure appropriate provisions are recorded.
Process Improvement Systems.
Drive standardization and process improvement initiatives across APAC shared services.
Lead finance transformation and automation projects. (e.g., AI purchase ledger tool implementation, travel provider rollout)
Champion technology adoption and continuous improvement in efficiency and controls.
Compliance Internal Controls.
Build and maintain robust internal control frameworks within shared services processes.
Conduct periodic reviews of transactional entries and ensure adherence to audit and compliance standards.
Partner with internal and external auditors on control reviews and process documentation.
Business Partnering Leadership.
Act as the escalation point for complex transactional finance issues within APAC.
Liaise with Controllers and Finance Leads to support regional operations and reporting needs.
Build a high-performing shared services team through coaching, mentoring, and clear performance objectives.
