We are looking for a ''Customer Service Representative (6 Months-Fixed Term Contract)'' for our global business partner locates in Kocaeli/Gebze.
The role will provide operational support to the Customer Service team, helping CSRs manage their daily workload and ensuring smooth internal coordination and order-related processes.
The position will be mainly focused on internal activities and follow-up.

Support the CSR team with daily operational and administrative activities.
Support customer order entry, updates and follow-up in SAP.
Maintain accurate order and customer-related information in SAP.
Support the team with documentation and other routine Customer Service activities.
Help identify and follow up on order discrepancies or operational issues.

qualifications
Fluency in English is mandatory.
At least 2 years of previous experience in a Customer Service / CSR environment
SAP knowledge and/or previous experience with SAP is a plus.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Good communication skills, particularly for cross-functional internal coordination.
Structured and accurate way of working.
Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
Proactive and hands-on approach.
Service-oriented mindset and willingness to support the team.
