qualifications
Degree in engineering from reputable universities (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.), preferably with a Master’s or MBA.
Minimum 20 years of experience in automotive, defense, or advanced manufacturing sectors.
At least 5 years of senior management experience.
Strong experience in sales, business development, and international growth.
A successful track record in operations management, efficiency improvement, and cost optimization.
Mastery of quality systems, regulations, and industry standards.
Experience in managing and developing cross-functional teams.
Advanced level of English. (written and verbal)
