Establishing group-wide accounting policies and procedures and ensuring standardized implementation across all group companies.
Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements.
Managing financial reporting processes in accordance with TFRS / IFRS.
Managing revenue recognition processes in EPC, contracting, and turnkey projects, specifically under IFRS 15 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers).
