Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Import Export Operations, preferably within the chemical industry.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, including import, export, procurement, demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.
Hands-on experience with international transportation, freight management, customs operations, and bonded warehouse processes.
Proven experience in demand planning, inventory analysis, and coordinating product replenishment.
Experience with ERP systems; SAP Business One experience is highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Experience in process improvement, digital transformation, and operational excellence projects.
Strong interest in automation, AI technologies, and digital supply chain solutions.
Fluent English (both written and spoken) with the ability to communicate effectively with international suppliers, logistics partners, and customers on a daily basis.
Strong analytical thinking, planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
