Employee Management: Maintain accurate employee records, handle documentation for personnel activities (e.g., contracts, performance evaluations), and assist with payroll by tracking data like absences and overtime.

Recruitment Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment process, from drafting job profiles and screening candidates to scheduling interviews. You will also prepare new hires for onboarding, including their initial training and documentation.
Compensation Benefits: Help manage employee benefits like life and health insurance and pension plans. You will also handle documentation related to these benefits.
Training Development: Assist in creating and executing training plans, coordinating with providers, and ensuring new hires are properly inducted and trained.
Communication Reporting: Act as a key point of contact for internal HR communications, organize company celebrations and events, and prepare various HR reports, including monthly headcounts and updates to organizational charts.
