qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years professional experience within Controlling in a manufacturing environment or as Production Controller.
In-depth understanding of Standard Costing methodology, volume- manufacturing cost
variance analysis.
Experience in driving improvements of processes and ERP-system.
Firm knowledge of policies and practices involved in financial management, accounting
principles and capital project evaluation.
Knowledge of principles and practices involved in internal controls (SOX).
Experience in Power BI and reporting systems, preferable Hyperion.
Experience in Project Controlling is a merit.
Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish as the role requires close contact with several functions and HQ.
