Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines from a reputable university,
Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in project finance, credit/loan structuring or debt capital markets—especially within Project Finance or Foreign Borrowings DCM departments of banks or financial institutions,
Experience in working on projects involving Multilateral Development Banks and International Financial Institutions such as EIB, EBRD or IFC is highly preferred,
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal; able to communicate effectively in an international business environment,
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel, (financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, budget tracking, etc.)
Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a solid foundation in financial analysis and interpretation of financial statements,
Ability to conduct in-depth financial assessments, including feasibility studies, credit risk evaluations, and investment performance reviews,
Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure in fast-paced environments,
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and eagerness to grow within a dynamic project finance team.
