Customer Quality: Handle customer complaints, manage root cause analyses (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa), initiate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and report the results to the customer.
Process Improvement: Manage SPC (Statistical Process Control) applications in production processes, monitor process capability using Cp/Cpk analyses, and execute continuous improvement projects.
Documentation Compliance: Maintain Control Plans, MSA (Measurement System Analysis) documentation, instructions, and quality procedures, and prepare for internal/external audits.
Supplier Quality: Manage quality control processes for incoming raw materials and outsourced parts, and support the auditing and development of critical suppliers.
