Analyzing recruitment needs for open positions in collaboration with relevant managers and creating position profiles,
Preparing and publishing job postings and creating candidate pools,
Conducting candidate research through career portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels,
Managing CV screening, preliminary interviews, and candidate evaluation processes,
Coordinating technical and competency-based interview processes with relevant managers,
Conducting reference checks and offer processes for candidates,
Monitoring and regularly reporting on all stages of the recruitment process,
Creating and maintaining an active candidate pool in line with employee needs,
Developing collaborations with universities, vocational schools, and other relevant institutions,
Contributing to the development of employer branding and candidate experience,
Ensuring that recruitment processes are conducted in accordance with company procedures and GDPR.
