We are looking for a "Sales Director" for our business partner operating in agricultural machinery and equipment sector.

Lead direct field sales activities across Turkey. (Konya-based, with national coverage)
Develop and manage long-term relationships with medium to large-scale agricultural businesses.
Identify customer needs and design integrated technical solutions.
Drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
Manage full P&L responsibility for the Turkish operation.
Coordinate closely with technical sales and finance teams abroad.
Represent the company at international exhibitions and company meetings.
Travel domestically primarily within key agricultural regions.
