Evaluating existing technology to determine whether it can support new applications or processes,
Creating and maintaining documentation on technical solutions for customers or internal colleagues,
Taking part in pre-sales activities in all units of the System Management Services department, (database, network, security, infrastructure and installation)
Organizing the troubleshooting of problems in computer systems or system applications and providing technical support to customers,
Coordinating with customer stakeholders to gather requirements for new projects or product developments,
Conducting research to identify new technologies or standards that may affect customer solutions in the future,
Develop prototypes of new solutions and present them for customer feedback,
Guide customers in identifying their needs and goals and recommend solutions that will help them achieve those goals,
Recommend the use of new technologies that can increase efficiency or productivity,
Help customers translate their business requirements into technical solutions by developing knowledge and understanding of the possibilities offered by different platforms,
Develop a professional, working, and consultative relationship with customers up to and including the C-level for medium and large accounts by developing a fundamental understanding of the customer's unique business needs in their industry.
