Design, implement, and manage workforce planning, talent management, and recruitment strategies,
Set annual recruitment and talent management targets and conduct budget, resource, and capacity planning,
Execute performance–potential evaluation processes across the organization and ensure continuous improvement,
Develop succession plans for critical positions to secure organizational continuity,
Ensure efficiency and quality standards across all recruitment processes for headquarters, field operations, and blue- and white-collar positions,
Design and manage MT internship, bootcamp, and special talent programs as strategic talent acquisition tools,
Manage data reporting related to recruitment, potential assessment, and succession processes.
