Manage the Surgical Business to meet or exceed revenue objectives.
Be the expert in terms of; market development, competitive landscape, regulations, and products.

Have the ability to execute innovative solutions and strategies that enable attainment and or exceeding market share goals and growth objectives.
Attain or exceed quarterly revenue objectives,market share and growth targets.
Create, develop, maintain strong and long-term relationship with Distributor(s).
Manage Distributor(s) through quarterly business review meetings and distributor dashboards in order to achieve high commercial performance and outcomes.
Evaluate and report the sell-out performance of the distributor(s).
Ensure distributor activities are inline with company’s requirements (certification, product demonstration etc) by completing all necessary product training, application and technical service requirements.
Provide and ensure the accuracy of quarterly revenue latest estimates and monthly supply forecasts on a country level, to make sure that the focus is on every distributor/country in the assigned territory.
Identification and mapping of key national leaders in support of portfolio and or specific products to enhance clinical messaging, product performance to enable adoption enhance product brand and overall company image.
Personally, conducts regular visits with top tier KOLs.
Actively participates in regional and national congresses.
Meets with key clients, assisting the Distributor Team with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Demonstrates full understanding of business portfolio, international marketing strategy and marketing materials.
Ensures alignment of Product Brand strategy and messaging in accordance with International Guidelines.
To adapt and roll-out marketing strategies materials to local situations and needs in a timely fashion.
To propose local promotional strategy in line with regional business and product objectives and strategies.
Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Effectively collaborate with all functions Customer Service, Regulatory, Medical, Legal, IT, HR, and Finance Business Partners.
Works closely with regulatory departments to speed up products availability and launch in the market.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations.
