As part of this growth, they are seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations across the European side of Istanbul, taking on a high-impact leadership role.
Team Leadership Development.
Lead and coach a team of Sales Supervisors and external business partners.
Conduct regular field visits, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews.
Facilitate communication between field teams and internal departments. (KA, On-Trade, Marketing, Finance)
Foster a high-performance culture aligned with Brown-Forman values and D&I principles.
Sales Distribution Execution.
Implement TT sales strategy and territory action plans.
Strengthen partnerships with retail outlets and distributors.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and planogram compliance.
Expand retail footprint by onboarding new TT outlets.
Analyze regional sales data to create and execute growth plans.
Ensure effective execution of sales campaigns and trade promotions.
Distributor Management.
Build strong, results-driven relationships with distributors.
Monitor performance against monthly/annual targets and compliance with B-F standards.
Collaborate on forecasting, stock management, and operational efficiency.
Support business development initiatives with distributor partners.
Administrative Duties.
Submit accurate and timely reports via company platforms. (Univera, Vispera)
Maintain accurate customer and sales data.
Contribute to Integrated Business Planning. (IBP)
Coordinate product and brand training for external sales teams.
