We are looking for an "Assistant Purchasing Chef" for our global business partner operating in the manufacturing sector.

Responsible for sourcing and purchasing of production consumables, indirect materials, general supplies and spare parts.
Actively communicate with the business stakeholders to ensure that their purchase requirements are met in a timely manner.
Perform all necessary procurement operations activities – vendor creation, purchase order process,  shipment and delivery follow up and technical issue resolution.
Investigate opportunities for cost improvement, search for alternative sources.
Create purchasing contracts and follow up contract compliance.
Participate in the process of supplier evaluation, selection and management.
Keep informed of market trends for purchasing process.
Keep all data relevant to purchasing department.
Prepare various reports for management.
