Coordinate field applications, training, and marketing activities, ensuring post-installation training is completed for devices.
Plan, deliver, and evaluate end-user, distributor, and internal training programs.
Provide the sales team with technical knowledge, documentation, demos, and support for tender processes.
Address pre-sales and post-sales customer issues directly or by delegating to the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with local sales teams and distributors, overseeing distributor management and development activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic institutions, and professional associations, and represent the company at scientific events.
Organize and participate in congresses, fairs, symposiums, and distributor meetings.
Lead and manage product and sales trainings within internal academy programs, ensuring the preparation of effective content.
Support the professional growth of product specialists and application specialists, facilitate the onboarding of new team members, and provide mentorship.
Define departmental objectives, motivate the team, and create a strategic roadmap.
Manage the Blood Science marketing budget, monitor expenditures, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Maintain active communication with our European headquarters to ensure the local adaptation of global strategies.
