Prepare and implement annual sales budget and business plan aligned with company objectives,
Translate national targets into regional action plans with clear KPIs and milestones,
Lead the execution of sales strategies, promotions, and pricing policies across all regions,

Lead and coordinate the team of Regional Managers, Area Sales Managers, Technical Manager, and Business Analyst,
Foster collaboration and performance culture across teams,
Identify training needs and lead talent development initiatives,

Evaluate and develop the distribution network, ensuring geographic coverage, partner performance, and alignment with the company’s Distribution Excellence framework,
Drive distributor engagement through joint business planning and sell-out initiatives,
Monitor channel conflicts and ensure a fair, efficient, and compliant distribution structure,
Sales Performance Market Penetration,
Ensure delivery of volume and revenue targets through strong execution,
Analyze performance data and customer trends to optimize route-to-market and commercial activities,

Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure integrated commercial planning,
Represent the Sales team in strategic discussions and contribute to cross-functional projects,
