Set targets for his / her team, evaluate performances and behavior’s adherence to Company’s value. Take appropriate measures to ensure continuous match between competencies, behaviors and expectations.
Monitor overall performances, leverage customer service representatives analysis to build and drive improvement plans enabling to steer up results.
Build and develop relationships at the appropriate level within the Company and with customers to create strong partnerships and ensure smooth collaboration.
Support team members in solving complex issues in their interactions with sites, customers or other stakeholders.
Prepare and participate to operational and business review meeting with key customers.
Support elaboration and negotiation of service level agreements with customers.
Coordinate preparation of reporting, support and participate to operational reviews with customers.
