We are looking for a Demand Planning Expert for our global business partner operating in the FMCG sector.

Manage demand planning processes for snack categories within Türkiye operations.
Lead short-, mid- and long-term demand forecasting activities as part of the S&OP+ process.
Consolidate inputs from Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams to create one reliable set of demand numbers.
Build volume-based demand forecasts using bottom-up and top-down approaches.
Identify forecast risks and opportunities and propose action plans.
Track forecast accuracy and bias KPIs, perform root cause analysis and drive improvement actions.
Coordinate Pre-DMR / DMR forecast meetings and ensure alignment of decisions across stakeholders.
