Plan, coordinate and supervise mechanical and electrical maintenance activities.
Ensure effective execution of preventive , predictive and corrective maintenance.
Support daily maintenance operations and manage maintenance team.

Analyze equipment failures and lead RCCA.
monitor and improve maintenance KPI's.
Manage spare parts , inventory and budget.
Maintain accurate records in CMMS/SAP PM systems.
Ensure compliance with health , safety and enviromental regulations.
Coordinate external service providers and contractors.
Knowledge and practical experience in ISO 9001 ,IsO 140001,ISO 45001 AND ISO 50001.
Asist in preparation of technical specifications for mechanical/electrical components.
Support TPM,5S and quality system requirements within maintenance area.
Create and maintain "lessons learnt " documentation including failure discriptions , root cause and contributing factors,corrective actions taken,preventive measures and standard updates and ensure lessons learned are communicated to maintenance and production teams.
