A bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
10+ years in a manufacturing environment. (preferred)
At least a B Class Safety Specialist Certificate. (A Class preferred)
Extensive knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Proven leadership skills — you know how to turn individuals into a high-performing team.
Curiosity, openness, and cultural awareness.
A problem-solver’s mindset and creativity to overcome challenges.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Turkish.
