Design and plan for introduction of services for the customer towards value addition and actively explores avenues for implementation of competitor best practices.
Drives new offers, building a deep understanding of the market, and actively supports prospecting activities, developing a pipeline of opportunities through more detailed customer analysis.
Participate in the successful planning and negotiation of contracts.
Conceptualizes and able to engage senior leadership on initiatives that improve operational efficiencies at PLI Regional or Global level.
Develops execution best practices that are implemented at other areas / geographies.
Focus on value addition to customer while maximizing business profitability and providing top line growth.
Build relationships with the Customer.
Create engagement excitement with customer through planned interventions and knowledge sharing.
Able to recommend the product basis its application to the customer.
Expertise in providing resolution to product-related concerns and supports team in developing product knowledge.
