Implement and maintain standard security tooling and processes,
Review and implement security incident procedures,
Ensure all SOX and ITGC compliance processes are followed and documented,
Provide guidance and training to staff on best practices for IT security,
ITSM Capacity Planning,
Implement and optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies,
Establish reporting cadence for incidents, change management and uptime/downtime communication,
Maintain effective communication channels with senior management, updating them on IT strategies, challenges, and achievements.
