We are seeking a "Senior Customer Quality Engineer " based in Bursa (TEKNOSAB) for our international business partner operating in the automotive sector.

Carrying out customer quality and claim management processes for OEM and Tier-1 customers (primarily Ford FSP and Hyundai) through customer portals.
Actively participating in APQP and PPAP processes from project kick-off to serial production (SOP).
Preparing, updating, and managing Process FMEA, Control Plans, and test instructions.
Coordinating root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto) and implementing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) in cooperation with production and process teams.
Leading and preparing for internal, external, and OEM customer audits in line with IATF 16949 requirements.
Ensuring the effective implementation of integrated quality systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001 in related areas.
Conducting SW parameter control schemes and providing necessary technical guidance to the production floor.
Having the authority to initiate stop-shipment or stop-production activities in case of critical non-conformities.
