Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related fields,
Minimum 5 years of experience in Production/Process Engineering,
Fluent in English,
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, Kaizen is an asset,
Familiar with quality management systems, root cause analysis (RCA), and 8D methodology,
Strong communication skills, able to work effectively in a team environment and motivate others.
