Manager will be a core member of the leadership team and act as a bridge between HQ, local sales, and cross-functional teams.
Develop and implement an annual integrated marketing plan (ATL, BTL, digital, trade) aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, target audience insights, and marketing triggers.
Design marketing strategies that effectively communicate X’s value proposition to customers, distributors, and end users.
Own the marketing budget: plan, track, and evaluate spending for maximum ROI and business impact.
Manage external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of campaigns. (social, creative, PR, SEO/SEM, etc.)
Define KPIs and analyze marketing campaign performance using a data-driven approach.
Organize and execute brand activations, events, exhibitions, and trainings in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
Lead the development of the POSM catalog and lifestyle product range.
Drive X's digital presence: strategy, execution, monitoring, and performance analysis across channels and platforms.
Oversee e-commerce operations, promotions, and marketplace performance via X Shop and partners.
Work closely with the sales team and distributors to ensure alignment of marketing and commercial strategies.
Build internal engagement and cross-department collaboration on key initiatives.
Represent X Turkey in communication with HQ and other global business units.
