Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce. (marketplace experience is a strong plus)
Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate networks, and marketplace advertising platforms. (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
Experience in managing performance marketing budgets, P&L ownership, and ROI-driven optimization.
Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), funnel analysis, and user behavior.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally with sales, brand, e-commerce, and external agencies.
Experience in managing and evaluating third-party agencies with KPI-based performance tracking.
Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills.
High level of proficiency in Excel and analytics tools. (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker, or similar platforms)
Knowledge of attribution models, media mix optimization, and performance measurement frameworks.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
Proactive, result-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
