Track critical milestones across engineering, procurement, production, logistics, installation and commissioning processes,
Identify schedule deviations, bottlenecks and Critical Path risks at an early stage,
Develop and implement Recovery Plans for delayed or at-risk projects,
Ensure effective coordination among Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, Field Operations, Finance and Sales teams,
Establish a standardized and effective project handover process from Sales to Project Management,
Coordinate with Finance to monitor project budgets, costs, cash flow and contractual milestones,
Ensure that customer and company obligations under project contracts are properly monitored and fulfilled,
Establish and maintain Risk Registers and ensure effective risk management,
Lead regular project review and performance meetings,
Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting systems covering project schedules, costs, progress, risks, receivables and critical actions,
Establish an effective early-warning system enabling senior management to identify project risks and potential issues at an early stage,
Develop and standardize company-wide project management methodologies, reporting systems and documentation standards,
Manage, develop and monitor the performance of the Project Management team,
Work closely with the Field Operations organization in planning and executing installation and commissioning schedules.
