We are seeking a Quality Manager for our client operating in the transformer manufacturing industry with a strong export focus.

Take full responsibility for all quality processes end-to-end.
Manage incoming quality control processes.
Establish and ensure implementation of in-process quality control points.
Manage final inspection and testing processes.
Analyze customer complaints and non-conformities. (8D, RCA, etc.)
Ensure effective follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor and improve quality KPIs. (PPM, defect rate, rework, etc.)
Lead measurement system design and ensure adequacy of measurement equipment. (MSA, etc.)
Drive implementation of mistake-proofing (poka-yoke) practices.
Manage internal and external audit processes.
Work closely with production to continuously improve quality performance.
Lead and manage the quality team.
