We are looking for an R&D Project Executive for our business partner operating in the energy technologies and e-mobility sector.

Plan, execute, and control R&D projects using a Hybrid Agile Stage-Gate methodology.
Define project scope, timelines, work packages, and budgets.
Establish project milestones and prepare regular progress reports.
Conduct risk analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions.
Coordinate closely with technical teams to manage product development processes.
Lead Agile sprint planning, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and monitor delivery.
Manage Stage-Gate evaluations and support decision-making processes.
Ensure efficient use of project resources.
Coordinate with suppliers and external stakeholders.
Maintain technical documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
Prepare and present project status, budget, and risk reports to senior management.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices.
