Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university in Turkey (an LL.M. degree from a recognized university is preferred),
Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, specifically within M&A projects (including leading legal due diligence processes, drafting transactional documents, and managing closing arrangements),
Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must; exceptional contract drafting skills and ability to prepare complex corporate documentation both in Turkish and English,
Good command of MS Office applications,
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
A dedicated team player with excellent communication and client management skills
Self-disciplined, result-oriented, and highly organized.
