University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
Minimum 6-7 years of relevant professional experience within the Household Personal Care (HHC) industry.
Proven track record in technical application, formulation development, or laboratory operations.
Strong techno-commercial mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer value propositions.
Solid background in product launches and managing projects in a global matrix organization.
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
Understanding of Middle Eastern market dynamics.
Flexibility to travel regionally, approximately twice per month (2 times a month), for customer engagements and technical projects.
