We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Automation Engineer for our global business partner operating in the food industry, based in Düzce.

Ensure the continuity and efficiency of maintenance and automation systems within the facility.
Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC and SCADA systems.
Execute and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance activities via CMMS.
Coordinate with production and technical teams to reduce downtime and improve system performance.
Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement projects and lead technical upgrades when necessary.
Maintain updated documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage spare part availability and contribute to maintenance budget planning.

nitelikler
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
3–5 years of relevant experience in maintenance or engineering roles within the FMCG industry.
Solid understanding of maintenance processes and systems.
Proficient in CMMS platforms and preventive maintenance planning.
Hands-on experience with PLC and SCADA programming.
Strong computer and analytical skills.
Excellent command of English. (both written and spoken)
Proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
