Monitoring the compliance of field installations with project designs and technical specifications,
Following up on field applications of HVAC, piping, boiler, steam, water/water treatment, and process equipment,
Taking an active role in FAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, SAT, and functional test processes,
Following up on test protocols, acceptance documents, and punch list processes,
Ensuring the completion of as-built projects and technical documentation,
Managing the reliable operation and maintenance activities of mechanical systems after the facility is commissioned,
Planning Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive Maintenance activities,
Conducting root cause failure analyses and improvement studies,
Determining maintenance strategies and spare parts requirements for critical equipment,
Contributing to energy efficiency and optimization projects,
