We are looking for a "Supply Planning Specialist" for our global partner in the chemical industry.

Managing and monitoring all inbound logistics flows, including shipment tracking and delivery monitoring.
Coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders/transport companies, and customs brokers for the prompt resolution of any potential issues with incoming deliveries.
Creating and updating process and master data records in the SAP system in a timely manner to provide accurate and up-to-date visibility to customer service and sales teams.
Creating Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders for products; obtaining delivery commitments for submitted requests and following up on open intra-company and inter-company transfer orders.
Identifying potential supply constraints before they become issues and developing solution alternatives with stakeholders to minimize the risk of material shortages.
Proactively managing SAP Exception Messages to prevent supply issues and overstocking.
Ensuring implementation of corrective actions by suppliers to prevent recurrence and logging complaints when necessary. ...
