Plan and deliver technical training programs for field service engineers and business partners.
Develop, update, and maintain technical training materials, presentations, user guides, and related documentation.
Conduct hands-on product demonstrations, technical workshops, and practical training sessions.
Assess training needs and design learning programs to enhance technical competencies.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Technical Support, and Global Training teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of technical knowledge.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout all training activities.
Travel across the assigned region to support training initiatives and technical development programs.
